What precautions should be paid attention to when using the emulsifying machine?

When the emulsifying machine is placed in the customer's production workshop, it is necessary to carry out actual production and manufacturing. Before using the emulsifying machine, we should first understand some precautions that should be paid attention to, so as to prevent man-made accidents. We can check one by one from the following aspects. After the check, we can carry out the next stage of production and manufacturing.

1、 First, connect the power supply, and the ground wire of the emulsifying machine must be connected reliably to ensure the protection of electricity. Otherwise, it is prone to disaster.

2、 When the power is turned on, we will move the homogenizing head of the rotary emulsifying machine and observe the steering direction of the homogenizing head. From top to bottom, counterclockwise rotation indicates that the power is connected correctly. If clockwise rotation indicates that the power is connected reversely, and the power supply should be connected again.

3、 When there is no medium in the homogenizing head of the emulsifying machine, idling is prohibited to prevent heating, burning out and deformation of bearings and seals.

4、 In the case of vacuum pumping, the water tank of the vacuum pump must be filled with water first to prevent the vacuum pump from idling. When starting the vacuum pump for the first time, check whether each vacuum pipe is sealed to prevent air leakage and insufficient vacuum.

5、 Before closing the vacuum pump, close the ball valve in front of the vacuum pump to prevent air exposure. When it is necessary to raise the pot cover, be sure to open the air filter first to make the pot body become normal pressure, and then carry out lifting and use.

6、 It is forbidden to open the vacuum pump without sealing the pot cover. In case of special circumstances, the vacuum pump shall not be started for more than three minutes to prevent damage.

7、 When the material needs to be heated, first ensure that there is heating medium in the jacket of the emulsifying machine to prevent dry burning and damage to the heating pipe.

8、 In the process of using the emulsifying machine, if there is abnormal noise, be sure to turn off the power immediately, and do not use it until the cause is found out.

9、 During the operation of the emulsifying machine, it is forbidden to stretch all parts of the body into the pot to prevent accidents.

10、 When cleaning the emulsifying machine, all power supplies must be cut off to avoid accidents.
